After up and quitting their day jobs, alt-country singer songwriters, Georgia Delves (Georgia State Line) and Patrick Wilson (The Bare River Queens) are moving into a van and teaming up for a duo tour across Feb/ March/ April throughout NSW/ QLD.

Patrick Wilson totes an old time country sound that is reminiscent of Guy Clark and Steve Young. With songwriting at the forefront, Wilson pushes the boundaries of Americana in an attempt to define the relatively new genre.  Whilst Delves cites taking inspiration from the classics of Linda Ronstadt and current exponents within the Nashville singer-songwriter scene- Kelsey Waldon & Courtney Marie Andrews, centring her writing on the bittersweet balancing act between growing up and staying young.

Together the pair have performed at Tamworth Country Music Festival, Australian Music Week, Dashville Skyline Festival and supported country legends, The Bellamy Brothers. Continuing to make waves, the pair are not to be missed.

"Many Australian artists refer to themselves as Americana or alt country these days, but very few deliver the real thing as well as Georgia State Line."

“I heard Patrick Wilson sing for the first time in a small studio in Melbourne. His voice and his songs blew me away.”
