Three Good Fellas are here to make your afternoon an absolute joy! Appearing at Flow Bar on Boxing Day, their mix of rootsy acoustic original tunes and well known laid-back covers are the perfect soundtrack to your Christmas season lunch at Flow.

Matty Zarb (vocals, guitars, mandolin, harmonica) has played, written and performed music almost his entire life, and has travelled Australia and the world making people smile with his original songs. Drawing from personal experiences, each song has a story attached and Matt brings these experiences to life by painting pictures in your mind with words accompanied by his beautiful playing.

Mick Eyb (drums, vocals) has performed in various local bands and ensembles for nearly forty years, and has known Matty for about a decade. When they first saw each other perform at the Taree Envirofair in 2012, they connected over a shared love of playing and a mutual respect for each other’s talent. They vowed to form a band one day, and although they ended up working and playing together for the Australian Childen’s Music Foundation in 2013, they didn’t get a real band going until 2018.

Scott Greenaway has been the go-to bassist for The Australian Country Music industry for nearly 20 years now, and continues to perform with many of Australia’s best musicians on recordings and live. About five years ago Scott decided it was time to return home to the Manning Valley and quickly reconnected with his old musical comrade Mick, who invited him to join him to play with this other bloke named Matt. Although they had never met each other before, it became very clear that Scott and Matt knew all the same characters within the Australian Country scene. A strong bond was quickly formed between Scott and Matt, and the Three Goodfellas was born!

The guys share a friendship based on a love of performing beautiful music and a deep respect for each other’s talents, something that is plain to see in their live performances, song choices and on-stage interactions. Three Good Fellas’ aim is to make you smile and in the process you’ll see plenty of theirs as well.
