With an eagerly anticipated new album due for release in mid 2018, Dan Parsons hits the road in March for a solo tour of the east coast.

As a songwriter, Parsons explores the triumphs and anxieties of the human experience, conjuring up the sun-hazed days of Laurel Canyon’s classic troubadours, combined with a cinematic shine of the iPhone generation.

Working as a highly sought-after multi-instrumentalist, he has inhabited the drummer’s seat for Kate Miller-Heidke on her international tours throughout the USA, and currently for Ella Hooper’s solo work, as well as playing lead guitar for Tracy McNeil & The GoodLife who appeared at AmericanaFest in Nashville, USA. With his own music, Parsons has toured extensively across Australia and has appeared at Musexpo in Los Angeles, as well as The Great Escape Festival and Liverpool Sound City in the UK.

With his latest single, Here Goes Nothin spending time at #1 on the AMRAP Regional Charts and described as “a modern slice of old-school country funk…” (Henry Wagons, Double J), Parsons is ready to road test this new batch of songs that take the listener riding through canyons, across silver oceans and launching into the interstellar.
