Fremantle born, Byron Based Acoustic-Roots performer Jordan McRobbie has fast become known for his honest voice and virtuosic ability on the 12 and 6 stringed guitars. Over his short career he’s released two EP’s to Sold-out crowds and taking out the 2013 WAM Blues/Roots Song of the year for his song ‘High Tide’ that’s garnered the young artist airplay on local and commercial radio nationwide including Triple J.
As part of his East Coast tour he will be playing at Flow Bar and the Wingham Akoostik Festival.  Showcasing his dynamic songwriting, strong vocals and intricate finger-style guitar work, his explosive performances have had audiences around the country in awe.

After a massive year in 2014 supporting acts such as Fat Freddy’s Drop and The
Beautiful Girls as well as performances at the ‘Breakthrough to West Coast Blues
n Roots contest’, Woodford, Nannup and Fairbridge Folk Festivals, 2015 has
already seen McRobbie on a 21-date national tour including opening for Katie
Noonan and appearing on the Busking Stage at the Byron Bay Bluesfest, winning
the Perisher Peak Festivals “Peak Upload” contest and smashing out another 21
shows as part of his Snowy Mountains Residency in July.
