‘I embark on a journey that seeks raw art, crazy wonderful people and a free and honest way of living. Lend me your ears, and hear my mind’ – Tegan Wiseman
Seventeen-year-old local gal, Tegan Wiseman hails from the Mid North Coast of NSW Australia where she lives hidden away in bushland. A songstress of sorts, where vocally she is often compared to Missy Higgins, she writes music inspired by life’s experiences, the lessons we all eventually learn and is passionate about exploring the idea of “growing up”. Determined to play music in it’s most raw and unguarded form, this singer songwriter guitarist delivers an honest performance aspiring from the likes of George Harrison, Crosby, Stills and Nash.
Although only starting to play professionally in early 2013, Tegan has supported the likes of legendary Ian Moss, Diesel, Claude Hay, Minnie Marks, Damien Leith, Charlie A’Court (Canada) and Andy Brown (Canada) both locally and nationally. In October 2014, Tegan finalised an extensive, highly successful East Coast tour directly supporting Australian music legend James Reyne.
Recorded at Ramrod Studios Sydney, in early 2013 Tegan released her debut EP “Three More Years”. Following this, Tegan’s widely anticipated second EP titled “HEARTH & HOME, where she plays all instruments herself, was released in March 2014. Both EPs are available via iTunes.
